APRO's annual Dave Egan Legislative Conference

If you’re politically active and in the rent-to-own business, the Dave Egan Legislative Conference is your opportunity to join dealers on Capitol Hill and spread the message about the value of rent-to-own in America. In addition to meeting with your U.S. legislators, each conference also features a keynote address designed to help you improve your business back home.

A New Rent-to-Own Experience

by Neil Ferguson

Who Is Your Competition?

by Bill Keese

In order to expand your customer base, you can learn a lot by observing your competitors. But first, you need to figure out just who they are. A Review of Online Customer Complaints

by Ed Winn III

APRO’s general counsel reviews some of them in search of a pattern and he considers appropriate response to online complaints.

by Kristen Card
