Bestway Rent To Own Associates

Bestway Rent To Own held its 2011 Annual Meeting at the Omni Hotel and Resort at Champions Gate recently where more than 100 company managers attended.

 

The four-day meeting included presentations by the executive team, a motivational speaker, breakout seminars by various vendors, and an award ceremony.

 

During the General Session on Monday, CEO David Kraemer, formally introduced the district managers and home office team.

 

“Progressive thinking, innovative ideas, aggressive sales strategies and partnerships are the key to our success this year,” said David Kraemer. “With the support of store personnel, home office staff and our vendor partners, we are committed to the continued growth of our company so we can provide career opportunities for our co-workers and sensational deals for our customers. We are blessed to have such a great team working towards this mutually beneficial cause.”

His presentation highlighted the success Bestway has experienced over the past twenty-five years and where Bestway is headed in the future. Regional Vice Presidents Kris Swift and Benny Cheek and CMO Kent Clark also presented. The meeting concluded with an entertaining and motivational presentation by Dan Thurman, author of several books, with Off Balance on Purpose, being his latest. 

 

Tuesday morning continued with seminars from vendors - Whirlpool, Serta, Ashley Furniture, Welton USA, D & H, Expert Warehouse, Benefit Marketing, Sears and O’Rourke Sales.

The afternoon was “free time” and everyone enjoyed Disney, Universal, shopping, golf, the spa or just relaxing at the resort.  The Wednesday Awards Ceremony presented the opportunity for Bestway to recognize a number of outstanding district managers, store managers and their teams.

 

More than seventy awards were given for growth, revenue and profit.
