Rent-to-own News - Midwest Expo wraps with training, training, training
Around 100 dealers from some 20 rental companies across the Midwest wrapped the Ohio Rental Dealers Association's Eighth Annual RTO Expo Wednesday at the Roberts Hotel and Conference Center in Wilmington, Ohio.
Over the two day event rental dealers took advantage of opportunities to network not only with the vendors who produce and distribute the products they carry, but also with fellow rental dealers in the area.
The event kicked off Tuesday with a bit of fun with the first annual 'RTO Olympics' where dealers and vendors -- some 57 vendors representing 28 companies are here -- chipped in $1 to participate in seven events ranging from calf roping to golf ball chipping to a timed cash-grab.
All proceeds went to charity.
Wednesday's events were dedicated to learning more about furniture, appliance, electronic and computer products through a vendor show and specific product trainings throughout the day.
